Is there an age limit?
We have a recommended minimum age limit of 13; however, parental discretion is advised.
This is not a “family” event, and all guests will receive the same experience regardless of age.
Additionally, any guest under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an appropriate adult, aged 18 or over, at all times during their visit, including within the scare attractions.
Photographic ID may be required.
Will the actors touch me?
The residents of the Fear Factory will touch you but will not harm you.
You MUST NOT touch them!
I'm a Scaredy Cat, should I visit?
Fear Factory is designed to scare, so if you aren’t feeling brave, we recommend visiting with a few friends or family (safety in numbers, or so we hear).
However, if that still seems too much, check out our Scaredy Cat ticket.
This gives you access to our Hub (where you can access the Tap Room, Connecticut Dinner, Waltzer, and Dance Show), two Scare Zones, and The Crows Nest Tavern. Don’t forget to watch out for the residents roaming the woods!
Scaredy Cat tickets do not include any mazes, but upgrades can be purchased on the night, subject to availability.
All guests must enter/exit through the Crimson Harvest scare zone; there are no alternative routes.
Can I take photos/videos?
No cameras are allowed inside the scare attractions, and mobile phones must be switched off.
You are, however, free to take as many photos as you like when not inside a scare attraction experience.
I have a disability, can I visit?
Yes, but it is at your own discretion.
Our attractions include low ceilings, crawl tunnels, confined spaces, uneven surfaces, loud noises, dark spaces, strobe lighting, artificial smells, and atmospheric effects (fog, air blasts, etc.).
Our actors will also get in close proximity and touch you. They wear makeup, masks, and prosthetics, which may contain latex.
If any of these could be a hazard or sensory issue, you are advised not to visit.
I have restricted mobility, can I visit?
Yes, wheelchair users and those with restricted mobility may visit our hub, Diabolus: Visum Mortis, Scare Zones, and Friargate Foundry.
Our other attractions are not accessible to wheelchair users, and those with restricted mobility may find them hard to navigate.
Please see our Mobility ticket when booking.

You must not enter if you suffer from any of the following: bad back, broken bones, claustrophobia, epilepsy, vertigo, panic attacks, anxiety, nervous disposition, PTSD, or anger issues.
